The Scarborough Penthouse occupies the whole top floor with a private lift entrance directly into the flat. Free parking for one car is available at the rear of the building where the lift can be accessed from ground level. Alternatively, you can enter through the front door on Prince of Wales Terrace and climb the magnificent staircase.
On entering, the apartment immediately has the wow factor with a feeling of great comfort, space and superb outlook from all the picture windows. Three steps from the luxurious living/dining room lead to a balcony with views of the sea, Oliver's Mount and rooftops. Two large bedrooms lead off from the hallway, one with king size bed and one with a double and single bed. There is one large stylish bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Although it's close to the beach, attractions and main resort, the Scarborough Penthouse is a really peaceful place for a getaway break. Cooking and entertaining is a pleasure in the modern kitchen with luxury dining at the table for six. Or you could just sit back and relax on the high quality real leather sofas and listen to your favourite music on Amazon Echo, enjoy a film on the new 55" smart TV, or surf online with free high speed broadband. You can refresh in the walk-in shower after a day at the beach or enjoy a leisurely soak in the large bath tub. Finally, sip a night cap as you watch the world go by from the balcony before catching a good night's sleep in the comfortable king or double bed and wake up to the cry of the seagulls.
