The lift is small with a maximum capacity of 3 people or 225kg. It measures 35" by 35" and is not big enough for a wheel chair or push chair unless folded up. It goes to the first floor at the front of the building and the ground floor at the rear entrance, there is one 5" step down at the rear door. There is a code which allows access direct to your apartment.

The whole apartment is on one level apart from the balcony which is accessed by 4 steps 

Free private parking is provided at the rear of the building for one car, there is a rear entrance next to the parking bay
